Unilite are on track to attend another great trade show in 2018. This is Rail Live, an annual event hosted at Long Marston in Stratford-upon-Avon on Wednesday 20th June and Thursday 21st June. This is visited by the leaders of the rail industry, of which Unilite pioneer and lead the charge in their respective field, with high quality personal lighting and illumination products.
Being showcased at this year’s show are 3 brand new products that Unilite are excited to reveal to the industry. These are the PS-HDL6R and RAIL-HDL9R Headlights and the IL-SIG1 Signal light. These each have their own merits, with the PS-HDL6R being chosen as THE headlight of choice by NETWORK RAIL for use on the JSP Powercap® Infinity®. Only an industrial, reliable, high powered headlight could be chosen to partner this complete protection helmet, with the Unilite PS-HDL6R being preferred thanks to its strapless 3M adhesive fixing option, super bright Samsung SMD LEDs and low running costs.
The RAIL-HDL9R is also a new headlight being introduced especially for the rail industry, with a powerful 750 Lumen output providing a great source of light for use on the rail. With an easy twist on/off switch, the RAIL-HDL9R can be operated easily with gloves and can be attached to helmets with its fully adjustable silicone lined headband.
The IL-SIG1 is also fresh off the press and is seen as the replacement to the Bardic Light. It is powered by a lithium-ion rechargeable battery, reducing running costs and of course now has SMD LED technology. This provides a solid and flashing Red, Amber and Green light, as well as having a solid White light for inspections. In addition, it can also be fixed onto any metallic surface thanks to its metallic hanging hook, providing a fantastic handsfree solution.
